I had the therapist take this picture of me getting my back stretchedc. If you spinal injuries in your back, and if they hurt, having your back stretched out really, really feels good, and it slows down the degenerative process of your spinal column. I have had a series of these treatments for a couple of years now, and my back is improving. I am now paying for all my youthful injuries. A little family history, not serious photography.

Question by OLYMPIA ANGEL: chiropractor?
i’m having pain on my left shoulder blade and shoots up to my neck. lately i also noticed that my left shoulder is lower than my right. When i move my left arm i feel pain on my upper arm down to my elbows. My left arm feels like its tired a lot. It,s been awhile since i played tennis and most of the time i use my right arm. Sometimes the problem pain occurs when i sleep and it helps if i prop my left shoulder with a pillow. My doctor recommend that i see a massage therapist. I don’t feel any numbnes but i do get headaches and when i tilt my head back i feel the pain on my left side, neck and shoulder area. will a chiropractor be able to help or do i need to have an x-ray done. i have always been healthy except for migraines now and then….any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

Answer by bobbi123 Hello. I went through an experience that sounds very similar to yours. I had a test and found out I have disk problems in my neck. I was sent to a physical therapist who gave me exercises to do. I was really surprised but it did help a lot. I think your doctor has given you a good suggestion.
I have gone to chiropractors in the past and they were helpful however now that I know I have bad disks I really don’t want anyone adjusting my neck. Good luck.
